The Bullock Mk1 Ford Capri Turbo Technics

Hi I'm warmly known as The bullock, something to do with my very own space hopper. I've been involved with  Capri's for the last 8 years or so  and now have the Capri that I always wonted, a V6 mk1 Capri. The car started out as a 2 ltr Gt xlr and has ended up with a 2.8i Turbo Technics engine and running gear. My love of Capri's started when my dad had one for a short time when I was a young calf. This was a 2ltr GT mk1 and my clearest memory is of it breaking down. Later on in life I remember all the older boys that had left school  racing around in them. I have memories of a guy called Curly power sliding a 3ltr Ghia into every corner he came across, great fun. But I was not to own my first Capri until I was 34. However I did have a V6 mk1 Granada as I of my first cars, This influenced  me in the choice of my first Capri an A reg blue over silver 2.8injection. From there me and the better half joined the Capri club and started attending shows and the like. Which led to us owning  our present fleet. I started collecting bits around 4 years ago to put together  my Capri, hiding bits all over the house in cupboards the loft etc. it took around 18 months to put all these bits together and get the car repainted , well worth all the time and effort.
