I went around a few local beaches where there strange things washed up from the many tankers that pass through our waters but I never managed to find one of the ducks. There is usually a great deal of seaweed washed up on the Hebrides beaches and when it eventually rots down all manner of items reveal themselves. Maybe one day some of these ducks may surface, especially after a storm!
